Packaging & Shipping
We ship the Magna Bows individually packed in a custom-made box with sturdy protective material. The bows weigh 12kg each, which entails higher shipping costs, approximately €15 per bow.

Orders for 4 or more plates at the same time, the magnetic bow's are packed individually and shipped together on 1 pallet. This costs € 52 within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands the costs are on request due to fluctuating and differences rates per country.

The Magna Bow's, together with any other items, are shipped from our own warehouse as a parcel or pallet in cooperation with DHL Business. This means that shipments are only delivered on working days (Monday to Friday) during office hours and not on weekend days.

Delivery time
Delivery takes place as soon as possible on working days during office hours.

Shipping costs
Per Magna Bow, shipping costs are € 15,- within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands € 22.50 excl. VAT. Orders for four to ten plates to the same address are automatically sent as pallet shipments due to the weight. The cost for this is € 52 within the Netherlands and will be invoiced afterwards. Outside NL, costs for pallet shipments are on request due to fluctuating prices and different rates per country.

All our shipments are with signature for receipt.

Track and trace
After the shipment has been processed by DHL, an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address used to place the order. This message contains a Track & Trace code to track the delivery.

Delivery address
The delivery address may differ from the billing address, this can be indicated in the checkout screen. In principle, once the order has been ordered and paid for, the address cannot be changed. In cases of emergency, it can be contacted by phone on working days during office hours to see what, if any, manual change options are available.

Return information for business customers
If one or more products of the order do not meet expectations, contact can be made by email or telephone to present the situation and discuss options. For business orders, the right of withdrawal for ‘distance buying’ as applicable to consumers does not apply.

Return information for consumers
If one or more products of the order do not meet expectations, consumers can return the product. You can return your order or part of it within 14 days after it has been delivered to you.

To receive a full refund, it is important that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. The chance of damage is then minimised, so we may be able to make another buyer happy with it. Feel free to examine the product as you would in the shop. Register your return according to the instructions below.

If the return meets the return conditions, you will be refunded the purchase value of your product(s) within 14 days at the latest. We will process your return within 1-3 working days. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Return costs are at your own expense and risk. This means that Magna Creations is not liable for damaged or lost returned products. You will receive an e-mail from us when your return has arrived.

Register return

Step 1
Log in to your account. PLEASE NOTE: if you did not create an account when shopping in the shop, you still need to create an account with the same e-mail address as used for the guest checkout, i.e. the e-mail address where you received your order confirmation. If the e-mail address is different, you cannot register returns via the shop. In that case, please contact us by e-mail, stating your invoice and/or order number.

Step 2
Go to ‘my orders’ and select the order from which you want to return (part of) the items.

Step 3
Here you can click on the ‘return items’ button at the bottom right to create the return.

Step 4
In the drop-down menu behind each item, click on the quantities you want to return. Products you want to keep leave at 0.

Step 5
Choose one general reason why you are returning particular item(s).

Step 6
Then click on ‘send’ at the bottom right.

Step 7
Take the parcel to a shipper of your choice (e.g. PostNL or DHL) with the following address details clearly legible (make sure that any labels from the receiving shipment are illegible or removed):

Your chosen shipping organisation will provide you with proof of the return. Keep this safe!
