It is possible to order and pay in our webshop as a guest. It is not compulsory to create an account.

Questions about orders and invoices

With an account in our shop, you can log in to your own account and view your order history. You can also easily create return shipments.

Sales tax (VAT)

All prices on the website are exclusive VAT.

Payment Service Provider

For all our payment methods, we use Lightspeed Payments by Mollie Payments. This payment service provider processes payments and provides feedback on the status of the payment.

Ordering on invoice

It is not possible to pay by invoice (afterwards) for both business and private customers.

Outside the Netherlands
Customers from outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number must first create an account and contact us before ordering. We can then verify the specified VAT number and set up the company account so that you can order VAT-free. If you order without doing this, the site will automatically charge VAT. We cannot correct this afterwards.
